Privacy and Cookie Notice
Last updated: 2026-06-21
This notice explains how Nimbus Partners Ltd handles personal data in connection with this website. We have written it to reflect what this site actually does, not a generic template. It is governed by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Nimbus Partners Ltd, a finance and AI advisory. We are the data controller for any personal data described in this notice.
- Legal name: Nimbus Partners Ltd
- Company number: 17286040
- Registered in England and Wales
- Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom

2. What data we collect
This website does not have any contact forms, sign-up fields, or other data-capture mechanisms. The only way to contact us through this site is the email link.
- If you email us: we process the personal data you choose to include, typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message, so that we can read and reply to it. We do not add you to any marketing list.
- Server access logs: like almost all websites, the infrastructure that serves these pages may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs are kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
3. Cookies
This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any equivalent analytics service, and there are no advertising, social media, or third-party tracking scripts on these pages. We do not set cookies for marketing or measurement, and we do not ask for cookie consent because there is nothing of that kind to consent to.
Your browser may still store standard technical information needed to display a web page, but the site itself does not place cookies that identify or follow you across the web.
4. Lawful basis and retention
Where you email us, our lawful basis for processing your message is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting our business, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep email correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or archived.
Server access logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operational purposes, in line with their standard practice.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- ask us to erase your data, where applicable
- restrict or object to our processing, where applicable
- request a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@nimbuspartners.io. We will respond within the time limits set out in UK GDPR.
6. Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve them. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection, at ico.org.uk.
